Dormont Estate is an Accredited Landlord operating to a high management standard providing tenants with reassurance that their Landlord adheres to the “Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords”

Five of the properties are traditional farm and estate houses and have benefited from extensive refurbishment and all have central heating with an ongoing programme of works to improve energy efficiency. Many of the properties have double glazing, external or internal wall insulation and “A” rated boilers.

Eight of the properties were built in 2011 and are semi detached built and certified to the ultra-low energy Passivhaus Standard, more information can be found on the Domont Park page.

All properties are offered on a Scottish Private Residential Tenancy Agreement.
