The estate comprises twelve cottages and farmhouses that, would traditionally have been occupied by farm and estate workers. These houses are now let on Short Assured Tenancies for a minimum of 3 years.

 

The Owner is an accredited landlord under the Landlord Accreditation Scotland scheme.

 

 

All the properties have benefited from extensive refurbishment and all have central heating.  The Estate is committed to findng ways to provide heat through renewable sources of energy and has two of its properties heated by Ground Source Heat pumps. All the properties have an energy performance certificate (with Enenrgy efficiency values from 27 to 53) there is an ongoing programme of works to improve energy efficiency on the estate.
